Limited Edition Interconnects - 20 January 2020
Two new Limited Edition interconnects have been released for sale. As with previous editions, there are only a limited number of these available at any time.
These two are based on the original R2 interconnect design from Aurealis. The R2 cables were a budget-friendly interconnect with a great value for money performance. They used a 3-wire geometry with double mass loading on the return / negative path. This improved timing and lowered noise in the cable. A UPOCC copper version and a silver-plated copper version are available.

Neotech's wonderfully rich and smooth UPOCC copper
Features:
- tri-wire geometry using Neotech 28 awg UPOCC copper in teflon insulation
- based on Aurealis Audio's original R2 design with higher mass and lower resistance on the negative return path; achieving greater precision and lower noise
- quality Amphenol RCA gold-plated connectors with Cardas eutectic solder
- finished in Teleios sleeving (colour is Element 29) with cotton damping between wires and sleeve to reduce microphonic noise
- sound quality is superb: great detail and rich tonal qualities, with some natural warmth from the high purity copper
